In Honor of the “Paper Dolls”

Renowned Mixologist  Bill Barkley* has created a special Pour Moi®  Cocktail. 

Stiletto Sexy

 1oz  Pour Moi®

 1 oz  cranberry juice

 1 oz pineapple juice

Pour all three ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, and strain into cocktail glass

Pour Moi Between the Sheets

4 oz Pour Moi

3 oz light Rum

1 oz  white curacaos

1 oz fresh lemon

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker over ice, shake & strain into a cocktail glass


Cosmo Pour Moi®

1 part Pour Moi®

1 part  Cointreau

1 part  Cranberry juice

Splash of lime juice

Fill shaker with ice cubes. Shake and strain into Martini glass.


Pour Moi Egg Nog
Ingredients:
5 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup rum
1/4 cup Pour Moi
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup half and half
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
Nutmeg
Directions:
Separate eggs, placing yolks in one large bowl, whites in another even larger bowl.
Add sugar to egg yolks; beat until fluffy thick. Stir in rum, Pour Moi, vanilla, and light cream. Chill if there is time.
Beat egg whites until fairly stiff. Beat heavy cream until fairly stiff. First fold beaten egg whites into the yolk mixture, then gently mix in the whipped cream.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top of each cup.
Serves 4.


Pour Moi Sangria

Ingredients:
1 part Pour Moi
1 part Cointreau
6 parts red wine (moderately  priced)
1/4 liquid cup sugar, or more-to taste
Juice of 1/2 lemon (or more, to taste)
1 bt. Sparkling wine or champagne
Orange slices
Lemon slices
Fresh peach slices or apple slices
Sliced strawberries
Directions:
If possible, pre-chill all liquid ingredients. Combine all together in large pitcher.

Brandies are typically drunk after a meal, at around 70F. They go well with nut and apple desserts, or on their own. It should be served in a thin glass, which should be held by the stem - not the bowl. Warming the glass causes the alcohol to evaporate too quickly, drowning out the fruit aromas


Pour Moi” Side Car

1 1/2oz. of Pour Moi

1 oz. Cointreau

1 oz. Lime or Lemon Juice (preferably fresh squeezed )
1/2oz.  Simple sugar
Lemon Wedge or Twist and Granulated Sugar

Wet rim of a Cocktail glass and dip in the sugar.Combine first three ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker.Strain into the cocktail glass.Garnish with Lemon.


”Pour Moi”- Cran

1 1/4 oz Pour Moi®
4 1/2 oz cranberry juice

Pour Pour Moi® into an old fashioned glass with cranberry juice and ice. Stir lightly and serve.


 

 “Pour Moi” Revolution

In a mixing glass with ice combine:

1 1/2 oz. Pour Moi

1/2 oz. Chambord® raspberry liqueur

strain into a chilled champagne flute. Fill with champagne


”Pour Moi”-Babygirl

2 oz Pour Moi®
2 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur

Pour all three ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with cracked ice. Top with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
